1998 GMC Suburban replaced tail housing still FUSED..Brakes

Does the other brake lites high and low, work ok? Your lower brake lites and turn signals use the same bulb filament, just not at the same time. Yellow wire is voltage for turn and brake, if no voltage, backtrack circuit to the multifunction switch. All repair info says to disarm air-bag, where applicable, when working around steering column.

driver side tail and right signal works fine with not problem at all BUT the driver side REverse light doesnt work... how ever on the passenger side TAIL light it seems to be the lower BULB doesnt want to WORK unless i wiggle it around with my hand.. how ever the issue started after i got an aftermarket prestige remote start ALARM..and i replaced me steering colum due to theifs trying to take off with the truck..but thank god for the kill switch.. whats the best WAY to fix the problem or to FIND OUT???? and how can i donate 2pros?paypal?

Any bulbs that don't make good contact, sometimes a blob of grease on the end helps, not dielectric. I don't know how the alarm was wired? I'd check voltage and ground at the bulb circuit, then backtrack.
