i hear the lifters early in the morning when engine is cold then noise from lifters goes away my question is how to solve or repair this problem?

Hi:
If they are adjustable (I think they are) remove the valve covers and adjust them to spec. However, it could just be from age / wear taking the lifters a few seconds to pump up.
