rear left turn signal not working.Replaced 15 amp fuse,flasher & bulb circut board in tail light assembly,also all new bulbs 1157.Test light showes there's power to lense socket.Bulb will not blink.Parking lights work but no brake light only on left rear.Right side is good & secondary brake light works also.Turn signal switch on steering colum works fine.Turns on & turns off once you complete your turn.What am I missing here?
