When i turn on the left turn signal, the turn signal and reverse light both flash, i replaced all bulbs and the flasher and a new turn signal switch because the hazard button broke. And a new neutral safety switch.

You need to inspect wiring to the back-up indicator switch as well as the wiring to the multi-function (turn signal) switch. Usually this issue occurs when a ground wire has become faulty and not grounded properly.

Thanks! i found the problem, the truck was rear ended and the trailer hitch hit the ground screw so i cleaned it up drilled it out ant put a new bolt on and it works great! Worth every penny Craig
