Changed the intake manifold gasket due to water leaks, removed distribitor and put back in same position? now it cranks , but makes muffled poping sounds out of muffler. Re-checked timing to the first cyl. and re-positioned d-rotor , but still not firing-up as before. 2 marks on front crank, which one is for tdc on #1 cyl??
