1999 GMC Sonoma changing spark plugs

I can pull the plug wire next to fire wall pretty easy.Had to use both hands. Is there a tool one can use to grab plug wires and pull them off pretty easy ?
Or should I do something to the connected plug wire to loosen it from the plug connection making it easier to pull ?? help sol campos jr. thank you kindly
