windshield wipers work fine on intermitment,low and high speed for approx. 10-15 min. then they stop and won't start again unless you turn wiper control on and off a few times and then they only work for a couple of times and you need to do it over again a couple of times. When you need them the next day the same problem is there.
any suggestions.

The most likely problem is the wiper motor control board on the motor itself. It is a common problem caused by bad soldering during construction and poor stress relief of the connector. The board is easy to replace and isn't expensive. Takes about 30 minutes for the average person. Most of that time is finding the correct tools....
