change oil light

I just changed the oil on my 1999 GMC Sierra and I don't know how to reset the change oil light. Can anyone help?

Turn the key to on not started, and press the gas to full throttle 3 times within 5 seconds and release.
The light should flash for 2 seconds indicating it is reset!
