I have a 2007 Sierra 4x4 1500. My question is I would like to fix my cigarette lighter, it works but the black cap has broken off, and I would like to fix it.

you can purchase replacement cig. lighter socket at most local auto part stores, it only takes a few minutes to pop the old one out and pop the new one in.
