i changed a gas tank in this truck because of a leak and put in a new tank , used the old pump and reground the ground wire and im getting nothing......vehicle wont start and i dont hear the pump come on????? what now????

Welcome to the forum, engine cranking, did you check for voltage at the pump connector? If no voltage, check the circuits at the fuel pump relay. Voltage to load side of relay is hot all the time. Voltage to coil side of relay goes hot key on, a few seconds, for the initial prime. Engine cranking, hot all the time.
