2000 GMC Sierra Heater fan won't work

My heater fan, gear selector reading, gas gauge, and 4 X 4 selector light won't work, the battery light is on in the message center. I think it is a relay, but not sure which one, all fuses check ok

more likely a fuse
check fuses and under hood fuses too
