2000 GMC Sierra Deciding on purchasing a truck

2000 GMC Sierra 203000 miles

I have been looking at possibly purchasing a Sierra and was told that the seals are gone on the back - I was wondering if u could advise me if this is a serious issue and would it be expensive to repair??

For that mileage if they talking about the rear main seal don't even look at it, walk away and keep looking if you do its gonna be change that and change this kind of fix to get it up to par-
