Transmission problem
1997 GMC Sierra V8 Four Wheel Drive Manual

I got a GMC and it has the lever to engage the 4h and 4L, however, in neither one of them do the front wheels move. I dont know what it could be.

check the front diff. - there is an electrical connection that sounds like it has come unplugged, make sure it is clean if it is disconnected.
