1996 GMC Sierra V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I changed the fuel filter in the tank and truck won't start. I have tried everything under the sun including wiring. What else should I do

Dunno the reason you've replaced the fuel filter-I'm guessing you are having fuel problem, but did you check the fuel pump if its producing the correct fuel pressure, do this and get back with me
