When it is hot outside about 85 and we run the AC the van will slowly stop accelerating, starts off anything past 3/4 throttle and 1/2 and then anything other then an idle. After it cools down it runs fine again. This never happens in the cooler months. I have seen it happen when very hot outside even with the AC off, 95+.

I have a OBD2 software program that show an Fuel systems status or Open Fault when this occurs

I have jut replaced both the O2 sensors and the fuel filter and this did not resolve the issue.

Any ideas?

Is Check engine light on? if yes can you get to an Auto Zone and have codes read. If no check fuel pressure cold and engine hot.

I have attached a live capture of what is going on when the issue happens the items in yellow are showing exactly when it happens

I also attached a dump of the codes but these are before I replaced the O2 sensors and the codes have been cleared and do not come back even when the issue happens.
