we just purchased this van from a friend that never had a problem, it is in great condition. All of a sudden this little red picture of an engine appeared on the dash. we cannot find this in the manual. We have noticed a funny smell when it is running since this appeared. The gauges are all normal, the gas cap is on tight. It just came from being serviced and a safety done on it before we bought. we only put about 300 km on it when this happened. Can you help with some suggestions. Our friend says this never happened before and the dealership where he always had serviced says there has never been a problem thank you
