Power windows do not operate. Checking voltage across fuse block terminals, there is no voltage at this position. Vehicle is running during check. How in the world can this happen?

Other fuse positions check out OK, except cigarette lighter, which reads 10 volts.

Vehicle equipped with aftermarket alarm system. This controls door locks.

Behind the battery are some power feed wires. They get corroded when the acid leeches up the cables. Seen this before. Tets at connector to verify no power

OK, according to Mitchell Manual wiring diagram, there's a battery junction block right there. Is that the connector you mean, on the junction block lead?
