Hello, my question is that my 95 gmc safari turns off but then turns off almost immediately afterward. When accelerating the gas pedal, the engine remains on and does accelerate, but then either turns off soon after or once I release the gas pedal. I already tried replacing the distributor and the EGR valve, but the problem remains. I was wondering what else I could try changing/replacing to fix the problem.

Clean out the idle air control valve, and test the throttle position sensor closed/WOT voltages
