Somtimes the blower does not work,but if I turn the ignition off for awhile then try again it will work.

Need to get a test light and see if it has power at the blower motor when it isnt working. Sometimes the motors will hit a bad spot and not work, then they will come on.Also be sure the ground is good at the motor.
