I JUST WENT TO HAVE MY OIL CHANGED AND THEY WOLD ME THAT THEY COULDNT DO IT BECAUSE THERE IS GAS IN MY OIL. AND THAT THE SEALS ARE BROKE. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO FIX THIS PROBLEM? HOW DO YOU GET GAS OUT OF THE OIL AND HOW MUCH IS IT GONA COST ME TO GET REPLACEMENT SEALS PUT IN? I ONLY NEED THIS THING TO LAST FOR A MTH, IM GETTING SOMETHING NEW THEN

The way to get gas out of the oil is to change the oil, the why of it is something else, which seals did they say were leaking? Gas usually gets in if an injector is leaking, or if you had a problem starting the van...

THEY WOULDNT CHANGE MY OIL, ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHERE WOULD CHANGE IT? I AM COMPLETLY LOST WHEN IT COMES TO CARS, I COULDNT TELL YOU WHAT SEALS THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT, SOMETHING TO DO WITH WHAT KEEPS THE GAS OUT OF THE OIL???? I HAVE HAD TROUBLE STARTING IT LATELY, SOMETIMES IT TAKES ME 3 OR 4 TIMES TO GET IT TO START. AND YESTERDAY THE MUFFLER BECAME DETACHED FROM THE TAIL PIPE.

My advice is to go to a gas station that does oil changes. The starting trouble can lead to the injectors injecting unburned gas into the cylinders, which can "wash" them in gas, then the gas passes by the piston rings into the oil...Get the oil changed and then have them look into the starting problem. In your case it could be as simple as a new PCV...
