1994 GMC S15 turn signals

A few questions:
Can you hear the TS flasher clicking?
Do the dash indicators work?
Are all the signal lights not working? Front and rear.
Are the fuses good?
Please advise.

both turn signal don't work inside or outside the fuse is good you don't hear anything when you turn the signal one but when you turn the flasher on they work and you hear them

You have 2 flashers, one for the 4ways and one the signals. one or both will be on the fuse block, or one may be in a seperate bracket by the steering column.
