I have been trying to solve this issue on my own for several weeks now. I have intermitant spark from my coil. Things I have tried so far, replaced coil, new distributor, used computer. I am at wits end and would appreciate any suggestions where to go from here. Thanks

Are you getting power to the coil when you loose spark? Have you checked the crank sensor?

I have not tried the crank sensor yet, I have been working on cars as a hobby for more than 20 yrs. and miss the old days of the hot wire and gas machines. Thank you for your input and I will try that first thing in the morning and post my results here.
