My Data Link Connector only has 4 wires connected to it. White w/black stripe, Black w/white stripe, Orange, and Tan w/white stripe. I need to check my trouble codes but can't. Are the wires hard wired to the ECM or can you just easily plug in a new ALDL. Thanks.
