steering locked

I can not start my car , the steering is locked and I can not turn the key to start the car. a red light with a lock is falshing, I have used the remot key to open and lock the car but it did not work. what can I do.
2004 caprice SS ( Holden) 67000 KM.

Try turning the wheel in the direction that gives you the most play as you're turning the key.

I did that , but the steering is not turning.

I think it is a security system issue locking the car not to start.
