squeaking noise from front wheels

hey guys..i have a ? about my 98 z71 silverado 4x4..2day i noticed that everytime i go 2 turn my wheels they make a squeaking noice like my bearings are out but im not sure if thats it or not..i recently got new rims and mud tires and my torsion bar adjusted so it would sit level.ive had them on for about 3 or 4 weeks now and the noise started 2day..i never noticed this noise with my stock wheels and tires..i can be in park just sitting their and turn my wheels and they will make the noise..im not sure wat it is rlly..if you kno wat it mite be let me know.thanks i appreciate it

I had an issue like this as well....main question is...where the heck is that sound coming from???

Best thing to do is just have someone sit in the truck and turn the wheel, making the squeek over and over. (my 8 yr old son did that job for me) Then get down there on your hands and knees or back and get your ear up to the sounds. Eventually, you'll find it. Sometimes you can FEEL the sound if youre touching the part thats got a problem.

In my case, it was my right front strut gone bad...
