1991 Buick Regal around 50K for miles
I removed my driver’s side seat belt, (there are two mounts upper and lower on the door) to remove a broken door handle. That’s in and fixed. While I was doing that the seat belt went into the upper catch. So now if I mount the lower (with the male buckle that goes over lap) the top mount is hanging on top of the door in its loop. I cannot get it to release so I can mount it. Any ideas?
