I have purchased a used grand am 93 se. The car runs pretty good so far. My question is this, i noticed that there was water in the trunk, i did a little investigating to see where it was coming from. I poured a glass of water on the back window while i had the trunk open to see where the water goes. The water goes down the side of the car like it should but the water comes through the back lights and into the trunk, is there any way to fix this problem.

There should be a seal that directs the water to flow beside the lights and not into them. Check and see if the seal is on the trunk instead of on the frame. If this seal is damaged or misaligned, it can cause what you describe.
