I got a 93 0ld cuttlass crusier 3.3L and theres nothing coming out of plug wires touched to frame while cranking it. car wont start tried new coils, ingmod,plug wires, ecm and wire harness.car still wont run.ohh also repaced crankshaft and reset new comp.put an obd2 on it read out said code 42 ign system problem elec spark timming(est) circuit fault.it also gave a code 34 mass air flow(maf)sensor signal votage is too low. have no clue what to do next any suggestions

Hummm I ran into a like problem several years ago on a 93 olds with a 3.1. It turned out the be the connector to the ignition module. I went to a u pull it yard and cut off the connectors and soldered them on. It fired the first time. Are u sure you have a 3.3 and not a 3.1?

There was one other issure I had with a 94 buick. It turned out the plate that the coil packs are mounted on was cause a direct short to the ignition module.

Olds are famous for their ground distribution. You might want to check the bundle of gound wires on the lower left front of the engine. Remove the bolt and clean the connection. Ground goes into the ignition module on the only back/white wire. Try putting a ground on this connection or if you have an ohmmeter check it to graond. You want less than than 2.5 ohms.

Did you replece the crankshsft sensor behind the engine harmonic balancer? That input to the module is on the yellow and purple wires.
