Mitsubishi Mirage 1997 mileage: 71,000

I have a this mirage mitsubishi since new. car was stopped for almost a year. I recently changed jobs and I needed to used it, I made a full tune-up to car. Filters,ignition cables and sparplugs,oil , brakes callitic. placed lucas injectors cleaner on the gas tank to cleanup all the fuel injection system but the car starts but doesnt have the power to run when it is accelerated it is like when the catallitic cloged but it is new and I really dont know what else to do. Please any suggestions will be gratefully appreciated.
