is there any adjustments to the fuel pressure regulator on a 1990 deville fwd.how can i check if the regulator is good or bad.i install a new fuel pump and a new filter in the car and the pressure reads bellow 40.do i have to disconect the vacum from the regulattor when checking the pressure,i want to make sure im doing it right.
