I ran out of gas and I do not know how to reset the fuel system. When I turn the key nothing happens; so I am asuming that the fuel pump has to be reset? Can anyone tell me how to do this ?

Look in the trunk of your car, or look in the owner's manual for the location if you have one, or call the dealer, they may provide you a owner manual
I think it simple thing.

Their is no rest button on this particular model. What I found was a shorted relay on the fuel pump. I was told by several individuals that if you run out of gas either the fuel relay goes or the fuel pump. After you find out which one it is you have to clear the codes in the computer to get it to turn over. I did this by unhooking the battery for about an hour.
