2000 Other GMC Models not stopping

My brakes fail sometimes when I go slow even though I just had the rotors and pads replaced.What could the problem be.The brakes work when I pump them when this problem occurs and the brake fluid is at its proper level.

Try bleeding it again don't work could be the brake master cylinder or the ABS unit
