Steering problem
1996 Other GMC Models 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i loaned out my car and the sterring wheel got stuck on a lefthand turn now i have a leak and cannot make a lefthand turn there was recall on the sterring i took it into the dealer in july 2008 and they fixed it but the person that used the yank really hard on the sterring and now this what i wrote what could it be
