1993 Other GMC Models Typhoon blowing blue smoke

I have a 93 Typhoon. While driving, blew out cloud of blue smoke and lost all power. It pumped oil into the exhaust. I had the turbo rebuilt but it again blew oil into the exhaust. What is the problem? Help!!!!

Do a compression check dry and wet then comeback with the readings for further analysis

You check the compression with and without oil-your best bet is bring her in.
