ok i can't afford gas let alone a mechanic.my 1997 jimmy is almost all i have left .for a couple of weeks it's been hesitateing at initial morning start up.then it stalled and wouldn't start.that is until i removed the air intake and added a few drops of gas.it starts and stays running but a restart is a 50/50 chance.i apply pressure to the accelerator and it bogs if i go slow it will pick up but let off hit the accelerator again and poof it stalls.the engine is a vortec 4.3 120,000 on it.it has a new gas tank,fuelpump,and fuel filter.i will check into the fuel pressure regulator next.any help will be greatly appreciated and a donation will be made as i will be able to work if my truck works
