Power window trouble
HI, advice needed , When I try to run window up or down, It will move only about one or two Inches and then it stops. I can help it some by pulling or pushing with my other hand.
After waiting a few minuets it will move another inch or so. I have to go through this ever time I put the window up or down.
What think ye? should I suspect the motor or the switch or what else? This is a 1994 S15 Jimmy .
Thanks

If I am correct, that has a regulator lift arm that is supposed to be under pressure from the counterbalancce spring. Maybe your spring is not balancing and allowing the motor to glide. I would take the panels off and take a look.
The motor may be weak, but if the mechanism is not in top working order, it may be binding and keeping it from working.
