interior light will not shut off

I have 93 gmc jimmy that I can't get interior light to turn off. I have diconnected all the door switches but they still stay on. What can I do to fix this so I can at least have an interior light when trying to read a map at night on road.

unplugging them wont help , they need to be grounded try it that way if this doesnt work may need to check a wiring diagram to see if there is an open somewhere
