what kind of antifreeze should i use in the rad. also temp is coming up but when it idles cool heat. Thanks dan

for the antifreeze i had a guy tell me when i had my jimmy outlet tank on the raditor replaced he said use a new antifreeze that is designed to be used with any kind of antifreeze system that guy works on raditators for a living so he should know but temperature dont know what to tell.
