2002 GMC Jimmy 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 91000k miles

Replaced my alt, tentioner, pulley, power steering pump + pully, and belt but cant seem to get my belt to stop squeeling. Ive adjusted the power steering pulley, but nothing, tryed WD40 n it goes away but as soon as u put on the throttle it squeels again.. The only way to stop it while running at idle is to add water or wd40, but as soon as u hit the throttle it starts squeeling like mad again. Help!
