I started my car with no problem but the windows and the air did not work. When I arrived home I turned it off and then re started it and they both work now.

Sounds like intermittent issue? Might be an issue with ignition switch, I'd have to track the circuit, when the problem is ongoing. When the problem is ongoing, you can use a voltage tester at the power windo circuit breaker, goes hot with the key on.
