why does the heater not work , the AC is cold , the temp gauge shows 190degrees,but very little heat comes out , plus where is the radiator drain plug

Check the coolant level then turn around and replace the thermostat and see what happens-lets do this simple ones 1st-before I get technical.

If its hard to find just disconnnect the bottom hose to drain the Rad-
