There has been a starting issue...it wouldn't start cold(after 8 hrs) - but would with a jump. Now it won't start at all. I put a new battery in - I can here the fuel pump whirr when the key is turned. After determining fuel is getting to the filter - I then got a used PCM to see if it's a "brain" problem. Since it still wouldn't start I removed the whole CSEFI unit where the air and fuel goes in. Well, upon removing the fuel lines from the fuel meter there was still fuel in the lines and fuel meter where the injector hoses connect to.
So how is it possible for it not to start?? Is fuel just passing through and returning to the gas tank??
I don't have the knowlesge on how to test the various parts of the CSEFI meter body components like the fuel pressure regulator and such.....
