put a new radiator, hoses ,thermostat and radiator cap after old radiator cracked, before putting new radiator in, i had tryed some liquid glass to seal crack i now have no heat blowing only cold air

What you poured into the cooling system to seal the leak most likley plugged the heater core. Try to flush the heater core both ways.
