My car fuel gauge seems to be fluctuating. Even if the fuel inside is full tank. Most times it will just show fuel low, whereas the fuel is full. please any advice what could be wrong.

could be a sensor that has gone bad i hear that a lot with most body styles round that year from gm for some reason they go out and dont register right
