The cable to lock the front wheels from the actuator isn't movin. I've installed a new actuator, Is there a way to make this manual and where can I order this conversion from

yes you can convert it to manual jc whitney used to carry it not sure if still do but you can check local parts stores like advance or somewhere like that but you could easily find the conversion kit online.
