A p1351 code is a: ignition control circuit high voltage code. This could be several things. First check the voltage of the battery when the engine is running. If it's over 14 volts then the problem is most likely the voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is built in to your alternator so it's best to have your alternator tested for proper function.
Secondly; it could be your ignition control module. Take it out and have it tested. Autozone or a place like that will test your alternator and your ignition module for free.. Let me know how you make out.
