I put the key in the ignition and it won`t turn it`s like someone switched my keys

first try another key, and secondly is your antitheft system functioning properly? try some graphite lock lube sprayed in the cylinder and insert the key and remove several times and tap on the cylinder, if this dont work you may have to drill it out and replace.
