My Jimmy has been overheating when idling. It stays at normal operating termperatures when driving down the highway. I found that it is leaking right above what I believe is where the oil cooler line meets the radiator. At times, the coolant is literally spraying out of the line fitting. I tried a radiator seal solution, but this did not help much. The coolant only leaks out when the engine is running at hot termperature. I don't believe there is any oil leaking from that area, but I am failry certain the leak is coming from the oil cooler line fitting. Is this somewhat of an easy fix, as in, is it simply a gasket or something similiar? Something I can do in my garage or under a shady tree?

if the radiator is brass then you can clean it up and solder it where the cooler line goes in as it's probably cracked there. if it's plastic then it s replace the radiator.
