1992 GMC Jimmy V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I need to remove the C shaped clamp in the rear axle that holds the axle arm in place. so i can replace the baring at the wheel base. please advise because i have been at it for two days.

See the small bolt head on the carrier that hold the bar that the spiders are on. Remove bolt slid bar down past end of axle. Push axle in from brake side clip will fall out. DO NOT LET carrier turn or spiders will fall out and you will be in a world of hurt.
