We just had a rebuilt transmission put into the car because there were 4 codes that appeared on the vehicle from a recent diagnostic. Since the rebuilt transmissin has been put in the service engine soon light still illuminates. When broght back to the mechanic he explains it normal when a transmission is repaired and the light should go out on its own.
Does this answer from the mechanic sound correct or is he giving us the run around? What do you suggest? What do you think can possilby be the problem?
